Cake payment/Securing your order

We currently operate our payments via a bank transfer only. You will receive this information once you have submitted your order, please pay the full amount as soon as possible. Due to the nature of our process we are unable to take deposits at the moment.

*Please note your cake is not confirmed in our diary unless the payment is made this will secure your order. After this we will process your order*

Can I pick up my cake?

Pick up for all cakes are from our Cheltenham shop any time between standard opening times. The address is Sisu Pancakes, 25 Clarence Parade, Cheltenham, GL503PA.

How do I store the cake?

Our cakes must be kept refrigerated at all times.

Can I freeze my cake?

Although we always recommend you eat our cakes as soon as possible for freshness you can freeze our cakes for up to 14 days, but please ensure you defrost and thaw them correctly by placing them in the fridge and following a standard defrosting process

Can I order extra cake toppers and candles?

Yes!! You can send us an enquiry message via our contact link on our website and we are happy to create a bespoke order to fit your needs.

How many people can each cake feed?

You can find the approximate number of slices per cake on our price list via our website.

Can I travel a long distance with my cake?

Yes you can travel a long distance however this is to the customer’s discretion we are not liable for any damage to the cake once pick-up/delivery is complete. Our cakes have fresh cream in them therefore we recommend you always travel with them via a cool box at a chilled temperature of 5 degrees.
